Nordica Design Residence Rovaniemi

The residence was wonderful! My mother and I stayed for one day and it was extremely comfortable and so clean. Everything we needed was present. And the location was amazing. So close the city centre. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rovaniemi. Absolute value for money.

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment and found it to be very comfortable, clean, and especially well decorated. A lot of the kitchenware and decoration of the apartment reminded us of pieces that we saw a couple of days earlier in the Museum of Design in Helsinki. The building is conveniently located near a shopping center and a decently sized supermarket open 24/7. The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped. The private sauna inside the bathroom is another nice perk. Although it is a self check-in apartment, our host Alexei was very responsive and went out of his way to help us on multiple occasions, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Rovaniemi.

Keys were kept in the box outside each room. Main door password and Room door passwords were provided in detail and within early time on arrival. Didn't require to call anyone. Smooth and effortless check in and check out process. Property Owner / Manager were very approachable, helpful and caring. Would love to stay again.

We wholeheartedly recommend this property. It was everything we hoped for and more. The check in process was well explained and easy, and went without a problem. When we stepped foot into the apartment, the first impression was phenomenal. The property was light and airy, very clean and exceptionally decorated in the festive spirit of the area, even with its own little Christmas tree which really got our trip off to a festive start. The kitchen area was well equipped with plenty of equipment including a Dolce gusto coffee machine and a selection of coffee pods. There was a comprehensive welcome pack which told us everything we needed to know, including the details of the WiFi which was speedy with a good connection. There was a good sized smart TV in the room with the ability to sign into our own netflix, Disney, Amazon prime accounts etc. As well as the ability to use a variety of satellite channels. There was a cute dining area, plenty of space for clothing and luggage and the bathroom was great. Even the little details had been thought of, such as sanitary products in the bathroom cabinets and fabric conditioner for the washing machine in the cupboard. The apartment was in a very quiet complex, the beds were extremely comfortable and the property was nice and warm, so we had a great night's sleep. The apartment was in a great location just a few minutes walk from the city centre. There is a lift in the building so we didn't have to lift our luggage up all the stairs. This property was perfect, we would definitely stay again.

Clean cozy apartment with everything you need. Perfect for spending one night in Rovaniemi. Convenient check-in as we arrived from a late flight and the key was in a locker.
